Terms and Conditions

LESSONS:

Before entering into an active ongoing lesson plan, a contract will be sent over to be reviewed and signed by the student and / or parent or guardian of the student if the student is under 18
The prices listed are for billing the usual monthly cycles of 4 lessons. Most months will consist of 4 of each weekday. In the event there are more, or less if a day falls on a holiday, the monthly amount will change to reflect as necessary.
Any change in schedule for ongoing lessons must give 72 hours notice or more, or that lesson and its payment will be forfeited.

SESSION Terms and Conditions

RECORDING:

Performances, whether live, or studio recordings, are non-refundable
Lessons are non-refundable, once they have been completed
Once scheduled, lessons and session deposits are non-refundable
To cancel your lesson plan entirely, 30 day notice is required
For refunds on items ordered from the shop, please use the CONTACT page with the order number and item you are requesting refund for
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of original order

LIVE & STUDIO PERFORMANCES:

Before any deposit is sent, a contract will be sent over for the hiring party to review and sign.
No job or gig is considered booked or "locked in" until agreed upon deposit is received.
Any change in schedule for a pre-arranged gig or session must give at least 30 days notice unless otherwise stated in the individual contract.
